16. Gratification, Satisfaction, and Contentment are Happiness understudies. clever imitators.
17. Learn to radiate Happiness instead of absorbing it.
18. Do not syndicate your sorrows. No one needs 'Misery Stocks'.
19. We should seek to make life brighter not darker with misery gloom.
20. If we become miserable we need to go to 'Mood Island' and be quarantined.
21. Let's bottle up our misery, join professional mourners and make a big splash dragging our limbs through muck and mire.
