As we run this final lap, the victory lap, let's ask ourselves, 'Who is the author and finisher of our faith?' If it is Christ, he resides in our heart and directs our path to victory. If we are the author of our faith, we have no room for Christ and we are lost. We receive Christ by an act of faith that is authored by Him. It is by faith that we choose whom we will serve. As our faith grows in Him we are transformed and are made like Him. We change and become who we are meant to be, loving.
