11. God alone gives us comfort and victory through the riches of His Grace.
12. Blessed is the man who knows his need and grieves over it.  
13. Our mourning, spiritual poverty, makes us grieve. We recognize our need to be comforted by God.
14. Blessed are they that mourn for they shall be comforted.
