10. We must encourage ourselves. David encouraged himself in the Lord.
11. Do not wait for someone to encourage you. Encourage yourself.  
12. The Encourager keeps going under all conditions learning to adapt knowing the depressing experience of failure [and] succeeds. 
13. The secret to finding contentment is to look within.
14. Adapting by encouraging ourselves takes the 'is' instead of ending with the 'was'.
